PAYMENT TERMS:

A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to book your session or wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event/session date. For sessions booked within 30 days of the event date, full payment is required at booking.

DELIVERY TIMELINE:

Your final gallery will be delivered within 6-8 weeks of your session or wedding date. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING:

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 14 days notice to avoid additional fees. Sessions cancelled without proper notice may forfeit the retainer. In case of photographer illness or emergency, a full refund will be provided if a replacement photographer cannot be arranged.

IMAGE DELIVERY:

All images are delivered via an online digital gallery. Images are watermarked until final payment is received in full.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits or permissions for chosen locations.
